I love that quote because it just sums up our life right now. When I have a spare moment to think about all the changes that have taken place in the last year AND think about all the changes yet to come...it's a challenge to live and be thankful for today and the blessings God has so graciously showered upon us. Laura and Seth at "Cowboys BBQ" celebrating Laura's 16th birthday!!
Of course, you know what turning 16 means...this is the first day Laura drove to school all by herself... It was harder than watching her get on the kindergarten school bus...sniff, sniff.
But we're so proud of her...
Then...earlier this month Mom and Daughter spent a night in Little Rock to see "Laura's future husband" George Strait in concert with Reba and LeAnn Womack. We had a wonderful time together...I cherish these moments with my cowgirl! She's growing up right before our eyes!
Even though they can fight...you KNOW they love each other! Just don't tell anybody!
We're so thankful for fun family times with loads of teenage laughter and goofiness.
Summed up in a few words...God is GOOD!
